Component Details​

H15 Core Board​

The compute module featuring the H15 AI Vision Processor:

  • AI Performance: 20 TOPS (INT8)
  • Memory: Integrated LPDDR4/4X
  • Interfaces: MIPI CSI-2, USB, Ethernet, PCIe
  • Mounting: Mounted on the mother board

Mother Board​

The main carrier board providing physical connectors:

  • Dimensions: Compact SBC form factor
  • Front IO: Dual MIPI CSI-2, SD card, 2x USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, Power, Type-C, GPIO
  • Back IO: Microphone, SIM slot, LCD connector, M.2 slot
  • Debug: UART header for serial console

IMX678 Sensor Module​

High-performance camera module:

  • Resolution: 4K (8.3MP)
  • HDR: 2-DOL and 3-DOL support
  • Interface: MIPI CSI-2
  • Lens: CS-mount compatible

Power Adapter​

  • Input: AC 100-240V
  • Output: 12V DC
  • Connector: Barrel jack

Initial Setup​

  1. Connect Power: Plug in the 12V power adapter to the mother board
  2. Connect Debug: Use USB Type-C or UART header for console access
  3. Insert SD Card: Prepare boot media (not included, see setup guide)
  4. Connect Camera: Attach the IMX678 sensor module to CSI-0 or CSI-1

Next Steps​

Additional Items Needed​

The following items are not included in the box and must be provided separately:

  • MicroSD card (16GB+, Class 10) for boot storage
  • USB-UART cable or adapter for debug console access
  • Ethernet cable for network connection
